Club Atlético Tigre is an Argentine professional football club located in Victoria, Buenos Aires. Tigre currently plays in the Primera División, the top level of the Argentine football league system, having secured promotion as the 2021 Primera Nacional champion. Club Atlético Barracas Central is an Argentine football club from the district of Barracas, Buenos Aires. Established in 1904, Barracas Central will return to the Primera División, the top level of the Argentine football league system, in the 2022 season after the team won the Torneo Reducido. History Foundation and early years Felipe Cámpora, a truck driver, founded Club Atlético Barracas Central on 5 April 1904 under the name "Barracas Central del Sud". Cámpora carried out the project and became the first president of the entity. Club Atlético Del Plata (mostly known as Del Plata) is a defunct Argentine football club that played in Primera División during the 1920s. The club would be later re-established but it finally disappeared in the 1990s. History The club was founded by employees of former "Mercado del Plata", a popular market of Buenos Aires established in 1856 which sold and distributed fruits and vegetables, among other goods. Club Atlético Banfield is an Argentine sports club based in the Banfield district of Greater Buenos Aires. It was founded on 21 January 1896, by the British–origin inhabitants of that city (mostly English, and some Scots and Irish). Club Almagro is an Argentine sports club from José Ingenieros, Buenos Aires, although its headquarters are in the Almagro district. Asociación Atlética Eureka, mostly known as Eureka was an Argentine football club located in Barracas, Buenos Aires, that played in the top division of Argentine football, Primera División for one season. It was one of the shortest lifetimes clubs of Argentine football, with less than five years active until it was merged to Sportivo Palermo. History The club was established on January 14, 1915, by a group of former members of recently dissolved Club Independiente de La Plata.
