ArenaBowl XXVIII was the championship game of the 2015 Arena Football League season. It was played between the American Conference Champion 2015 Jacksonville Sharks season, Jacksonville Sharks and the National Conference Champion 2015 San Jose SaberCats season, San Jose SaberCats. The game was played at Stockton Arena in Stockton, California. This was the San Jose SaberCats fourth ArenaBowl championship and fifth overall ArenaBowl appearance. Nicholas Pertuit (born April 7, 1983) is a retired American football placekicker. He played college soccer at the University of the Incarnate Word and attended Billings Senior High School in Billings, Montana. He has been a member of the Abilene Ruff Riders, Iowa Barnstormers, San Jose SaberCats and Arizona Rattlers. Professional career Abilene Ruff Riders Pertuit played two seasons with the Abilene Ruff Riders from 2009 to 2010. He converted 60 of 71 field goal attempts. Tommy Grady
Thomas Grady (born March 18, 1985) is an American football quarterback who primarily played in the Arena Football League (AFL). After a standout high school career at Edison High School, Grady signed with the University of Oklahoma to continue his football career. After a lack of playing time for two years, Grady transferred to the University of Utah. While at Utah, Grady saw limited action again, making only three starts in his career. After being passed on in the 2008 NFL Draft, Grady signed with the Oklahoma City Yard Dawgs of af2 in 2009. When the Yard Dawgs transitioned into the Arena Football League, Grady was re-signed and led the Yard Dawgs to a 6–10 record. In 2011, Grady signed with the Utah Blaze, where he threw for 107 touchdowns while leading the Blaze to a 9–9 record, just missing the playoffs. Joseph Hills (born October 2, 1987) is an American football wide receiver who is currently a free agent. He played college football at South Carolina from 2007 to 2008 before transferring to Tennessee State. Early life Hills attended Palmetto High School in Palmetto, Florida. There, he was a standout member of the football team being ranked as the No. 27 recruit at the wide receiver position. Hills committed to the University of South Carolina on November 17, 2006. Hills chose South Carolina over football scholarships from Georgia, Louisville, LSU, Ole Miss, & Nebraska. Arizona Rattlers
The Arizona Rattlers are a professional indoor American football team based in Phoenix, Arizona. They are currently members of the Indoor Football League (IFL). The Rattlers were founded in 1992 as an expansion team in the Arena Football League and were the third oldest active franchise in the AFL until their departure in 2016. They play their home games at Footprint Center in downtown Phoenix, but have occasionally played at Gila River Arena (now Desert Diamond Arena) in neighboring Glendale when their primary home has been unavailable.
