The Osman Ahmed Osman Stadium, also known as the Arab Contractors Stadium or Al-Mokawloon al-Arab Stadium, is a multi-use stadium used mostly for football matches in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt, which has a seating capacity of 35,000. It is the home stadium of Al Mokawloon Al Arab, and acted as a temporarily home venue for various clubs in Egypt such as FC Masr and Misr Lel Makkasa. Al Mokawloon Al Arab Sporting Club ( ar, نادي المقاولون العرب الرياضي), shortly known as El Mokawloon (The contractors) locally, is an Egyptian sports club based in Nasr City, Cairo, and owned by the prominent constructional engineer Osman Ahmed Osman. Nasr City
Nasr City ( ar, مدينة نصر ) is a district of Cairo, Egypt. It is located to the east of the Cairo Governorate and consists mostly of condominia. It was established in the 1960s as an extension to neighboring settlement of Heliopolis. The establishment of the district was part of the Egyptian Government's plan to modernise and expand Cairo following the Egyptian Revolution of 1952.
