Viscount was a diplomat and Foreign Minister in Meiji period Japan. Biography Viscount Aoki was born to a ''samurai'' family as son of the Chōshū domain's physician in what is now part of Sanyō Onoda in Yamaguchi Prefecture). He studied western science and medicine (''rangaku'') at the domain school ''Meirinkan'' in Hagi, and in Nagasaki, He was then sent by Chōshū domain to Germany to study western law in 1868. However, while in Germany, his studies ranged over a very wide area, from western medicine, to politics, military science, and economics. From his surviving notes, he studied how to make beer, paper and paper money, carpets and rugs and techniques of western forestry management. Kazuo Aoki
was a bureaucrat and cabinet minister in the Empire of Japan, serving as Minister of Finance, and Minister of Greater East Asia. Biography Aoki was born to a farming family in Sarashina District, Nagano prefecture (now part of the city of Nagano), and was trained as a lawyer, graduating from the Law School of Tokyo Imperial University in 1916. On graduation, he entered the Ministry of Finance. Rising rapidly through the ranks, Aoki became chief of the Financial Bureau under Takahashi Korekiyo, who made use of his legal background to have Aoki draft a Foreign Exchange Management Act, which was passed by the Diet of Japan in 1933. Kazuhiko Aoki (politician)
is a Japanese politician. After an earlier career working for a television broadcasting company, he entered the field of politics, serving as secretary to his politician father Mikio Aoki since 1999. In 2010 he succeeded his father as a member in the House of Councillors for the Shimane at-large district. A member of the Liberal Democratic Party, Aoki was re-elected to the House in July 2016 as the member for the merged Tottori-Shimane at-large district. (born on February 5, 1977, in Takahata, Yamagata Prefecture, Japan) is a former Japanese bikini model and singer. Biography She first started modeling in 1995, and became a "Visual Queen of the Year" at Fuji TV for 1996. She was a frequent cover girl on Japanese bikini photo magazines in the late 1990s. (born 19 August 1971) is a Japanese video game music composer. She began her career with video game company Capcom, and later co-founded the music studio Unique Note with another ex-Capcom composer, Tetsuya Shibata. Life and career Yoshino Aoki was born in Kanagawa, Japan, and studied classical music as a child.
