Its original lineup of musicians included Alex Machin (vocals), Bob Horne (keyboard), Paul Naumann (guitar), Danny Taylor (drums), and Hughie Leggat (bass guitar and vocals). John Valenti
John Valenti (born John LiVigni) is an American singer-songwriter from Chicago, Illinois. Background He began his career as John LiVigni with a cover of Stevie Winwood's " Gimme Some Lovin'," released on Raintree Records in 1971. He then became lead singer and writer for the pop band Puzzle. Puzzle released two albums on Motown Records in 1973 (''Puzzle I'') and 1974 (''Puzzle II''). They were one of the rare white groups on Motown, with a sound often reminiscent of the early Chicago Transit Authority. They were a horn pop soul band with John's vocals recalling Stevie Wonder. They owed a lot to Chicago, one of their inspirations. They never made the Hot 100 singles or Top 200 album charts. John eventually went solo. He released one album in 1976, entitled ''Anything You Want'', on Ariola Records. The Lambrettas
The Lambrettas are an English mod revival band, first active in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Named after the iconic Italian Lambretta scooter brand popular among Mods, the band was formed in Brighton, England. Their original line-up consisted of Jez Bird (singer/guitarist), Doug Sanders (guitarist/vocalist), Mark Ellis (bassist) and Paul Wincer (drummer). Their biggest hit was in 1980, with a cover version of the 1950s Leiber and Stoller song, " Poison Ivy", which reached No. 7 in the UK Singles Chart. They scored a No. 12 hit with the follow-up, "Da-a-a-nce". In the same year, they released the album ''Beat Boys in the Jet Age'', which reached No. 28 on the UK Albums Chart, and scored another minor hit single, "Another Day (Another Girl)" (hastily renamed from "Page 3" after complaints from '' The Sun'' newspaper). After the mod revival faded, subsequent singles, which included a 1982 cover of Jefferson Airplane's " Somebody to Love", and a second album, 1981's ''Ambienc ...

Restless Heart (Whitesnake Album)
''Restless Heart'' is the ninth studio album by English hard rock band Whitesnake, released by EMI on 26 March 1997 in Japan and 26 May in Europe. It was produced by the band's vocalist David Coverdale, and originally conceived as a solo album. However, Coverdale was pressured into releasing the record under the moniker "David Coverdale & Whitesnake" by EMI. Musically ''Restless Heart'' features a more subdued sound compared to Whitesnake's previous two albums. It is also the only full-length Whitesnake studio album to feature guitarist Adrian Vandenberg throughout, despite being a member of the group since 1987. The album received a mixed response from music critics, and only reached number 34 in the group's native UK. In total, ''Restless Heart'' charted in ten countries. With Whitesnake having been dropped by Geffen Records in 1994, ''Restless Heart'' did not receive a North American release, being available only as an import. The album's supporting tour was billed as Whitesna ...

Girls Can Tell
''Girls Can Tell'' is the third studio album by American indie rock band Spoon (band), Spoon. Intended as a stylistic departure from the band's previous work, ''Girls Can Tell'' features classic rock and new wave influences absent on their major label albums. The album was released on Merge Records on February 20, 2001. Spoon frontman Britt Daniel described the album as "a turning point stylistically, and it was a turning point in terms of us being able to put out a record and not feeling like as soon as it came out the wheels fell off the cart." ''Girls Can Tell'', up to December 2009, has sold slightly fewer than 100,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Background After the band was dropped from their major record deal with Elektra Records, Elektra in August 1998, Spoon finished the first version of ''Girls Can Tell'' in May 1999 with ten songs.
