Anurag Singh is an Indian film director. He is a Mumbai-based film director and writer known for '' Kesari'' which is the biggest blockbuster of 2019 in the Bollywood industry as well as for '' Punjab 1984'', '' Jatt and Juliet'' Series and '' Yaar Annmulle''. ''Jatt and Juliet'' series and ''Punjab 1984'' are the top 3 highest grossers of Punjabi Cinema. He has also directed a Bollywood film ''Raqeeb'' which didn't do well at the box office. Anurag has assisted many blockbusters of Bollywood cinema. In 2005, he was married to his childhood sweetheart Madhurjeet Sarghi, a theatre artist and an actress who also hails from Jalandhar. Raj Kanwar
Raj Kanwar (28 June 1961 – 3 February 2012) was an Indian film director, writer and film producer of Hindi films based in Mumbai, India. Family and personal life He was educated in Col. Brown Cambridge School in Dehradun. He has two sons (with his wife Anita Kanwar), Karan Raj Kanwar and Abhay Kanwar, both of whom have worked as film directors and producers. Filmmaker K. Pappu is his elder brother. On 3 February 2012, he died due to a kidney ailment in Singapore. Career Kanwar began his career directing plays in Delhi. ''Disco Singh'' is a 2014 Punjabi comedy film directed by Anurag Singh and starring Diljit Dosanjh and Surveen Chawla. This is the third collaboration between Singh and Dosanjh after the 2012 blockbuster '' Jatt and Juliet'' and the 2013 sequel '' Jatt & Juliet 2''.
