Anupama Mukti
Anupama Mukti is a Bangladeshi playback singer. She is most remembered for her superb rendition in 2005 film Hajar Bochor Dhore. She earned prestigious Bachsas Awards and nominated for National Film Awards. Early life Anupama is a graduate from Home Economics College, Dhaka. She started singing when she was just four. he completed a certificate course in Nazrul Sangeet from BAFA and began special training at the Nazrul Institute in the proper notation of Nazrul songs. She was trained in classical by Sharif Ahmed Rajkumar, later she learnt from Mangal Chandra Mandal and Sujit Mustafa. Career Anupama started her career in 2003 with the film 'Andhokare Chita'. She sang a duet with Palash, composed by Shawkat Ali Emon. After that, she was given a chance by veteran actress Suchanda for her directorial debut Hajar Bochor Dhore, a duet song "Tumi Shutoy Bedhecho" with veteran singer Subir Nandi and composed by veteran composer Ahmed Imtiaz Bulbul. Bachsas ( Bangladesh Cholochitra Sangbadik Samity) Awards was introduced in 1972 to encourage the fledgling film industry of the country. Bangladesh Cholochchitra Shangbadik Samity (Bangladesh Cine-Journalists' Association) gave out their most prestigious awards to outstanding performers in film, television, music, dance and theatre. Shawkat Ali Emon (born 1968–69) is a Bangladeshi music composer. He won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Music Director for the film Purno Doirgho Prem Kahini (2013). he also won Babisas Awards for Best Music Director in film ''Black Money'' (2015). Suchanda
Kohinoor Akhter (known by her stage name Shuchanda) is a Bangladeshi film actress and director. She started her career in the mid 1960s and acted in about 100 movies. She won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Director for the film ''Hajar Bachhor Dhore'' (2005) and Bangladesh National Film Award for Lifetime Achievement (2019). Career Shuchanda debuted in acting with the film ''Kagojer Nouka'' (1966), directed by Subhash Dutta. Subir Nandi (19 November 1953 – 7 May 2019) was a Bangladeshi musician. He won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Male Playback Singer five times for his performance in the films '' Mahanayak'' (1984), ''Shuvoda'' (1986), '' Srabon Megher Din'' (1999), ''Megher Pore Megh'' (2004) and ''Mohua Sundori'' (2015). Ahmed Imtiaz Bulbul (1 January 1956 – 22 January 2019) was a Bangladeshi lyricist, composer and music director, active since the late 1970s. He was a freedom fighter who joined the Bangladesh Liberation War at the age of 15. Sabina Yasmin (born 4 September 1953) is a Bangladeshi singer. She is best known as a playback singer in Bengali cinema. She has won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Female Playback Singer a record 14 times. She has recorded more than 1,500 songs for films and over 10,000 songs in total.
