Antonio Reynolds-Dean
Antonio de Andre Reynolds-Dean (born March 11, 1977) is an American basketball coach and former professional player, currently serving as associate head coach for the Georgia Bulldogs. A forward/center listed at 6-foot-7, he played college basketball at Rhode Island for 4 years, being named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Year in his first season and ending his career with 1,576 points and 1,028 rebounds, one of three players to pass the 1,000 mark in both points and rebounds for the Rams. After going undrafted in the 1999 NBA draft he started his professional career with a brief stint in Argentina and then moved to the IBA where he led the league in rebounding and was named Rookie of the Year. He then played in Spain, mainly in the Liga Española de Baloncesto where he ranks top 10 in total rebounds (8th with 1,697) and blocks (4th with 268). The Southeastern Conference (SEC) is an American college athletic conference whose member institutions are located primarily in the South Central and Southeastern United States. CB Ciudad De Huelva
Club Baloncesto Ciudad de Huelva was a professional basketball team based in Huelva, Andalucia. The last season, (2007–08) the team played in LEB Oro. History CB Ciudad de Huelva was founded in 1996. In their first season, they win the LEB League and they are promoted to the 1996-97 ACB League. They only play one year and they are relegated in they play-out. In United States colleges, top-tier basketball is governed by collegiate athletic bodies including National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA), the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA), and the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA). Atlantic 10 Conference
The Atlantic 10 Conference (A-10) is a collegiate athletic conference whose schools compete in the National Collegiate Athletic Association's (NCAA) Division I. The A-10's member schools are located in states mostly on the United States Eastern Seaboard, as well as some in the Midwest: Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, Ohio, Illinois, and Missouri as well as in the District of Columbia. Although some of its members are state-funded, half of its membership is made up of private, Catholic institutions. International Basketball Association
The International Basketball Association (IBA) was founded in 1995 by a group of businessmen led by Tom Anderson. The original owners of franchises in the league were George Daniel (Black Hills Posse-Rapid City, SD), John Korsmo, Al Gardner, and Al Hovland (Fargo Beez), Jeff McCarron (St. Cloud Rock 'n Rollers), Bill Sorensen (Dakota Wizards - Bismarck) and Earl Barish (Winnipeg Cyclones). Earl Barish of Winnipeg directed the IBA as League President and the league eventually grew to ten franchises. The Liga Española de Baloncesto, also known as LEB Oro, is the second basketball division of the Spanish basketball league system after the Liga ACB. It is run by the FEB. The Liga Española de Baloncesto is divided into two categories (the other one is the LEB Plata). The LEB league was founded in 1996 and is played under FIBA rules. It was renamed LEB Oro in 2007. The league is contested by 18 clubs. Each season, the top-finishing team in the LEB Oro are automatically promoted to the Liga ACB. The teams that finish the season in 2nd to 9th place enter a playoff tournament, with the winner also gaining promotion to the Liga ACB.
