Antonio Pérez (racing Driver)
Antonio Pérez Mendoza (born 20 March 1986) is a Mexican retired stock car racing driver. He last competed in the NASCAR Mexico Series, driving the No. 1 Toyota for Jimmy Morales. He is the 2008 NASCAR Corona Series champion. Racing career Pérez began racing full-time in the Corona Series in 2006, winning Rookie of the Year honors. The following year, he won his first career race at Autódromo Monterrey. In 2008, he won the series championship. In 2007, Pérez made his Busch Series debut in the Telcel-Motorola Mexico 200 at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, driving the No. 68 Telmex Dodge. After qualifying 40th, he finished 42nd after suffering a transmission issue on lap two. Road America
Road America is a motorsport road course located near Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, United States on Wisconsin Highway 67. It has hosted races since the 1950s and currently hosts races in the NASCAR Cup and Xfinity Series, WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, IndyCar Series, SCCA Pirelli World Challenge, ASRA, AMA Superbike series, and SCCA Pro Racing's Trans-Am Series. Jayski's Silly Season Site is a web site focusing primarily on NASCAR news and rumors. The website was founded by Jay "Jayski" Adamczyk in 1996 after he had difficulty finding news regarding the Melling Racing team, and subsequently worked to get all NASCAR news grouped together on the site. The site was purchased from Adamczyk by ESPN in 2007; after ESPN shut the site down in January 2019, Adamczyk reacquired the rights to Jayski-related properties in April 2019 and rolled out a limited version of the new website with a full launch occurring on May 13, 2019.
