Antonella Gambino (born 26 March 1990) is an Argentine handball player. She plays for the club Argentinos Juniors and on the Argentina women's national handball team. She defended Argentina at the 2013 World Women's Handball Championship in Serbia, and the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto (Canada), where Argentina won its inaugural qualification to the Argentina at the 2016 Summer Olympics#handball, 2016 Rio Summer Olympics. Asociación Atlética Argentinos Juniors is an Argentine sports club based in La Paternal, Buenos Aires. The club is mostly known for its football team, which currently plays in the Argentine Primera División, and was recognized as one of the most important football teams of South America by FIFA. Handball (also known as team handball, European handball or Olympic handball) is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outcourt players and a goalkeeper) pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the other team.
