Antoinette Cellier, Lady Seton (23 June 1913 – 18 January 1981) was an English film and theatre actress. Early life and education She was born in Florence Antoinette Glossop Cellier in Broadstairs, Kent, England. Her father, Frank Cellier, was a film and theatre actor, and her mother was Florence Glossop-Harris. Her grandparents included Augustus Harris, the actor-manager, and François Cellier, musical director of the Savoy Theatre. Her half-brother Peter Cellier also became a film, television and theatre actor. Cellier was trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. Antoinette Joyce Guedia Mouafo (born 21 October 1995) is a Cameroonian swimmer. She began swimming in 2003, at the age of 8, and became national champion in the women's 100 metre breaststroke category in 2006. Antoinette-Thérèse Deshoulières (Rocroi, 31 May 1659 – Paris, 8 August 1718) was a French poet. Biography The daughter of Antoinette du Ligier de la Garde Deshoulières, she managed to publish her mother's works. ''La mort de Cochon'' which she wrote is a tragi-comedy in the manner of Corneille. The heroes are Cochon, the dog of the Duke of Vivonne, and Grisette, the cat of Antoinette des Houlières. This subject shows the relations which the two ladies of Houlières maintained with the court of France. Her mother, Corneille himself, were her teachers, as well as the poet Benserade, who said "Daughter of a wonder and wonder herself". She was a member of the Accademia Galileiana. She and her mother both died of breast cancer. Antoinette-Thérèse was buried at Eglise Saint-Roch in Paris on 9 August 1718, in the cellar of the Chapel of the Virgin. Early life Sterling was born in Sterlingville, New York, on January 23, 1841. Her father, James Sterling, owned large blast furnaces, and she claimed descent from William Bradford. Antoinette Miggiani (born 5 September 1937) is a Maltese operatic soprano and singing teacher. Biography Antoinette Miggiani was born in Sliema, Malta. After studying piano and voice in her native country, she won a British Council scholarship to study at London's Royal Academy of Music in 1958. She was under contract to the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden for the 1961/62 seasons following her First Prize award at the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Society International Singers' Competition. Antoinette Kirkwood (26 February 1930 - 28 January 2014) was an English composer born in London. She studied piano and composition with Dorothy Howell at the Royal Academy in London and often accompanied her mother, who was a lieder singer. For four years beginning in 1969, she was a member of the Executive Committee of the Composers’ Guild of Great Britain, now the British Association of Composers and Songwriters. Radio Éireann broadcast her Symphony, op 8, composed in 1953. This “very notable achievement” established that Kirkwood “can write a memorable tune in a definite key” that will captivate the listener Kirkwood married writer Richard Phibbs in 1961.
