Antimo Iunco
Antimo Iunco (born 6 June 1984) is an Italian footballer. Club career Early career Iunco started his career at hometown club Brindisi. He followed the team to play at Serie C2 after winning the Serie D Group H champion in 2002. In January 2004, he joined Verona of Serie B in a co-ownership deal. He was made permanent in June 2004. Chievo After Verona relegated to Serie C1, he moved to cross town rival Chievo (in a co-ownership deal), which also relegated but from Serie A, where he won Serie A promotion in 2008. He made 19 league starts in 27 league appearances for the Serie B champion. In June 2008, Chievo bought him outright. After the club signed Mauro Esposito on loan who had much more experience at Serie A, Iunco was out-favoured and in January 2009 loaned to Serie B struggler Salernitana after the club signed Stephen Makinwa. Mauro Esposito (; born 13 June 1979) is an Italian former professional footballer who played mainly as a right winger. Club career Born in Torre del Greco, Campania, Esposito made his professional debut in 1997 with Pescara Calcio after having a trial with English club Everton. He went on to play in two Serie B campaigns with the team. After an unsuccessful trial with Rangers, he joined Udinese Calcio with which he first appeared in Serie A, playing just nine league games in two years and also being loaned to his previous club. In 2001–02, Esposito moved to Cagliari Calcio in the second division, being an undisputed starter during his spell with the Sardinians and scoring in double digits in three of his six seasons – in 2003–04, he netted a career-best 17 goals in 40 matches, with his team finishing in second position and returning to the top flight after a five-year absence. Coppa Italia Serie C ( it, Serie C Italian Cup), formerly named Coppa Italia Lega Pro, is a straight knock-out based competition involving teams from Serie C in Italian football first held in 1972. Format There are a total of six rounds in the competition. It begins in August with the first set, which is contested by 56 out of 60 teams. The other four clubs, which also play in Coppa Italia, join in during the second set. Each game is played as a single leg, except for the semi-finals and the final. If teams are tied (after single leg or on aggregate, no away goal rule applies), the winner is decided by extra-time and a penalty shootout if required. Lega Pro Prima Divisione was the third highest football league in Italy. It consisted of 33 teams, divided geographically into two divisions of 16 and 17 teams for group A and B respectively. Until 2008 it was known as Serie C1. Before the 1978–79 season there were only three leagues of professional football in Italy, the third being Serie C. In 1978, it was decided to split Serie C into Serie C1 and Serie C2. Serie C2, the fourth highest professional league in the Italian system, was also renamed in 2008 and was called Lega Pro Seconda Divisione. Fabio Marco Giordano (born 6 February 1983) is an Italian footballer who plays for A.C. Jesolo. Biography Born in Palermo, Sicily, Giordano started his career with northern Italy side Torino Calcio. He was part of 2001-02 Primavera Under-20 team and then loaned to Pisa and Vis Pesaro. In 2004-05 season, he returned to Turin and awarded no.16 shirt.
