Antim Panghal (born 2004) is an Indian woman wrestler from Hisar, Haryana. She won a silver medal at Asian wrestling championship 2023. She was India's first-ever U-20 world wrestling champion. She retained the championship the following year. Anthim the Iberian (Romanian: ''Antim Ivireanul'', Georgian: ანთიმოზ ივერიელი – ''Antimoz Iverieli''; secular name: ''Andria''; 1650 — September or October 1716) was a Georgian theologian, scholar, calligrapher, philosopher and one of the greatest ecclesiastic figures of Wallachia, led the printing press of the prince of Wallachia, and was Metropolitan of Bucharest in 1708–1715. Anthimus, Metropolitan Of Belgrade
Anthimus ( el, Άνθιμος, sr, Антим / ''Antim'') was Eastern Orthodox Metropolitan of Belgrade from 1827 until 1831. Biography Anthimus was born on the island of Andros around 1780. He was ordained a bishop in Constantinople. He was the bishop of Vratsa from 1804 to 1813, and then from 1813 to 1827 the bishop of Lovech, both within the Trnovo metropolitanate in Bulgaria, which was under the jurisdiction of the Patriarchate of Constantinople. There he was the bishop of Lovech, and he was called Anthimus II, because he inherited the seat of the bishop of the same name. In the period from 1827 to 1831, Anthimus was the Metropolitan of Belgrade. He succeeded Metropolitan Cyril, who died the same year. Anthimus came to Serbia in August 1827. Antim Monastery
The Antim Monastery is located in Bucharest, Romania on Mitropolit Antim Ivireanu Street, no. 29. It was built between 1713 and 1715 by Saint Antim Ivireanu, at that time a Metropolitan Bishop of Wallachia. The buildings were restored by Patriarch Justinian Marina in the 1960s. As of 2005, there are 7 monks living in the Monastery. The monastery also hosts a museum with religious objects and facts about the life of Antim Ivireanu. The Monastery is connected to the Legionnaires' rebellion and Bucharest pogrom. On January 22, 1941, led by Hieromonk Nicodem Ioniță, the monks of Antim armed themselves and, using explosives, blew up a synagogue on Antim Street. The numerous Jewish inhabitants of the neighborhood hid in terror. Some of the monks involved were graduates of the Cernica Seminary, a Legionary stronghold. The Antim Cup ( ka, ანთიმოზ ივერიელის თასი, tr; ro, Cupa Antim Ivireanul) is contested between the rugby union teams of Romania (The Oaks) and Georgia ("The Lelos"). It is named after the Metropolitan of Wallachia Anthim the Iberian, who was originally a Georgian. The Antim Cup is contested each time Georgia and Romania meet in a senior international match other than World Cup matches.
