Anthony da Costa (born 1991 in Bronx, NY) is an American singer-songwriter based in Nashville, TN. He has been writing and performing original material since he was 13 years old. He attended Columbia University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in ancient Greek and Roman history in 2013. Ben Kweller
Benjamin Lev Kweller (born June 16, 1981) is an American singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. A former member of Radish, Kweller has released six solo albums and appeared on several collaborations. Early life Ben Kweller was born in San Francisco in 1981. In 1982, his family relocated to Emory, Texas, where his father, Howard Kweller, became the town's first doctor. In 1986, the Kwellers moved to the larger Texas town of Greenville. Kweller was exposed to music at a very early age. Howard taught Ben how to play the drums when he was seven years old. For the next year, they would play together almost every night after Howard got home from work. Howard sang and played guitar while Ben played the drums. The duo played songs by The Beatles, The Hollies, Jimi Hendrix, and other artists of the 1960s. Howard is also a longtime friend of Nils Lofgren, a neighbor of his. Adam Levy is a jazz guitarist who was a member of Norah Jones's band. Career Levy was born in Encino, California. Two of his uncles and one cousin played guitar, and his mother briefly took lessons. His grandfather, George Wyle, worked for ''The Andy Williams Show'' and ''The Flip Wilson Show'' on television as music director. As a teenager, Levy was a member of a local big band. After he graduated from high school, he studied at the Dick Grove School of Music, where his teachers included Ted Greene and Jimmy Wyble. He moved to San Francisco in 1990 and worked as a studio musician, appearing on a Tracy Chapman album in the mid 1990s. Red Molly is a folk trio consisting of Laurie MacAllister (vocals, bass), Abbie Gardner (vocals, guitar, Dobro, lap steel guitar), and Molly Venter (vocals, guitar). They perform original works composed by each of the group members as well as other songwriters, such as Hank Williams, Gillian Welch, Richard Thompson, Mark Erelli, Jake Armerding, Ryan Adams and Amy Speace.
