Anthony Santander
Anthony Roger Santander (born October 19, 1994) is a Venezuelan professional baseball outfielder for the Baltimore Orioles of Major League Baseball (MLB). He made his major league debut in 2017. Early life Santander was born on Margarita Island, off the Venezuelan coast, but grew up in and feels more connected to the mainland municipality Agua Blanca, where he returns every winter. Career Cleveland Indians Santander signed with the Cleveland Indians as an international free agent in July 2011. He made his professional debut in 2012 for the Arizona League Indians. From 2013 to 2015 he played for the Lake County Captains. He injured his right elbow in 2013, and missed part of the 2014 season—when he batted .184/.260/.270 for the Captains—with a right elbow strain. Outfielder
An outfielder is a person playing in one of the three defensive positions in baseball or softball, farthest from the batter. These defenders are the left fielder, the center fielder, and the right fielder. As an outfielder, their duty is to catch fly balls and ground balls then to return them to the infield for the out or before the runner advances, if there are any runners on the bases. As an outfielder, they normally play behind the six players located in the field. By convention, each of the nine defensive positions in baseball is numbered. The outfield positions are 7 (left field), 8 (center field) and 9 (right field). These numbers are shorthand designations useful in baseball scorekeeping and are not necessarily the same as the squad numbers worn on player uniforms. Lynchburg Hillcats
The Lynchburg Hillcats are a Minor League Baseball team in Lynchburg, Virginia that plays in the Carolina League and is the Single-A affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians. They were a farm team of the Atlanta Braves from 2011 to 2014, the Cincinnati Reds in 2010, and the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1995 to 2009. The Hillcats play home games at Calvin Falwell Field; refurbished and renamed in 2004, the stadium seats 4,291 fans. In May 2016, the franchise announced that they would rebrand after the season. Renato Rafael Núñez (born April 4, 1994) is a Venezuelan professional baseball third baseman for the Toros de Tijuana of the Mexican League. He previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) with the Oakland Athletics, Texas Rangers, Baltimore Orioles, and Detroit Tigers and in Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) for the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters. The 24th World Scout Jamboree (Spanish: ''24º Jamboree Scout Mundial'', French: ''24e Jamboree Scout Mondial'') was held at the Summit Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve in West Virginia from 22 July to 2 August 2019.
