Anthony S. Baxter
Anthony Stuart Baxter (born 1 May 1982) is a British journalist and broadcaster from Rochdale. He started his career in local radio for the BBC, before presenting for BBC Switch and a reporter for Radio 1's ''Newsbeat''. He now presents news for London Live, the capital's dedicated TV channel. He lives in London. Education Baxter studied English and linguistics at Lancaster University, before completing a master's degree in broadcast journalism at UCLan. Journalism career Baxter started his career with the BBC and was a reporter for BBC Radio 1's ''Newsbeat'' programme. During this time he also presented the show on occasion. In 2008 he joined "BBC Switch" to present the news documentary series '' Revealed...'' on ''BBC Two'' alongside Charlotte Ashton, Adina Campbell and Tina Daheley. Rochdale ( ) is a large town in Greater Manchester, England, at the foothills of the South Pennines in the dale on the River Roch, northwest of Oldham and northeast of Manchester. Aled Haydn Jones (born 9 August 1976) is a Welsh radio executive, former presenter and former radio producer. In June 2020 he was appointed head of BBC Radio 1, succeeding Ben Cooper. From 2004 until 2012 he worked on '' The Chris Moyles Show''. He was a presenter on ''The Surgery'' on BBC Radio 1 between 2009 until 2015. Tina Daheley (born ) is a British journalist, newsreader and presenter who works for the BBC, both on television and radio. She currently reads the news on ''The Radio 2 Breakfast Show'' with Zoe Ball, often contributing to discussions during the show. She is also a relief presenter on the ''BBC News at Ten'' and ''BBC News at Six''. In 2019 she became the voiceover presenter of '' Points of View''. Career Daheley joined the BBC in 2007.
