Anthony James Edgar (born 30 September 1990) is an English association football, footballer who plays as a Midfielder#Winger, winger for Ashford United F.C., Ashford United. Career Edgar is a product of West Ham's The Academy of Football, youth team and scored his first career goal for West Ham United on 14 July 2010 in a pre-season friendly against Peterborough United F.C., Peterborough United. Replacing Junior Stanislas as an 88th-minute substitute, Edgar made his first-team debut for West Ham on 3 January 2010 in their 2–1 home defeat to Arsenal F.C., Arsenal in the FA Cup third round. Edgar signed for AFC Bournemouth, Bournemouth on 1 October 2009 on a one-month loan from West Ham. Peterborough () is a cathedral city in Cambridgeshire, east of England. It is the largest part of the City of Peterborough unitary authority district (which covers a larger area than Peterborough itself).
