Anthony E. Oguguo
Navy Commodore Anthony E. Oguguo was military governor of Imo State in Nigeria from 1990 to 1992 during the military regime of General Ibrahim Babangida. During his administration, Imo State airport was commissioned and built and still operates today. He very famously said "I saw money and looked away, it is not everything; we can all do the same and teach it to our children." His administration took a strong hold with Trade Unions. In 1991, he demanded a list of absentee workers who were striking for a minimum wage of N380. As governor, he commissioned the 100 bed Osina Community hospital in 1991. He was a member of the Provisional Ruling Council (PRC), and was involved in the decisions about the transition to democracy, leading to the short-lived Nigerian Third Republic. The Governor of Imo State is an elective political position. He's one of the governors of the thirty-six states in Nigeria. The governor of Imo State is the chief executive officer of Imo state and its executive branch with the assistance of the Deputy Governor (his political running-mate). Fourteen different people have served as governor of Imo State; 8 military governors, 2 military administrators and 7 democratic governors since the state was created in 1976. Enugu State

Christian Onoh
Christian Chukuwuma Onoh, popularly known as CC Onoh, (27 April 1927 – 5 May 2009) was a Nigerian businessman and lawyer who became governor of Anambra State in 1983 at the end of the Nigerian Second Republic. He was also the father-in-law of Emeka Ojukwu. Background Onoh was born on 27 April 1927 in Enugu Ngwo, in coal country in what is now Enugu State. His father died when he was 8 years old and he was brought up by his cousin Donald Oji. Starting in the late 1940s, he worked as a contractor, then produce inspector and then livestock trader. Anambra State
Anambra State is a Nigerian state, located in the southeastern region of the country. The state was created on August 27, 1991. The Third Republic was the planned republican government of Nigeria in 1993 which was to be governed by the Third Republican constitution. Commodore Amadi Guy Ikwechegh (25 February 1951 – 10 November 2009) was a Nigerian naval officer who was appointed military governor of Imo State from 1986 to 1989 during the military regime of General Ibrahim Babangida. Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (born 17 August, 1941) is a retired Nigerian Army general and politician. He served as military president of Nigeria from 1985 until his resignation in 1993.
