Annette Kate Ekblom (born 1956)''Births, Marriages & Deaths Index of England & Wales, 1916-2005.''; at ancestry.com is an English actress. She is the mother of actress Amelia Warner. She starred as Linda in Willy Russell's musical ''Blood Brothers (musical), Blood Brothers'' when Bill Kenwright's production opened in London in 1988. She can also be heard on the 1988 revival cast recording with Kiki Dee. Ekblom played the role of family matriarch Debbie Gordon in the Channel 4 television soap opera Brookside (television programme), Brookside in 32 episodes from 2002 to 2003. New Brighton, Merseyside
New Brighton is a seaside resort in Wallasey, Merseyside, England, at the northeastern tip of the Wirral peninsula. ''Wallander'' is a British television series adapted from the Swedish novelist Henning Mankell's Kurt Wallander novels and starring Kenneth Branagh as the eponymous police inspector. ''Peak Practice'' is a British drama series about a GP surgery in Cardale—a small fictional town in the Derbyshire Peak District—and the doctors who worked there. It ran on ITV from 10 May 1993 to 30 January 2002 and was one of their most successful series at the time. ''Fever Pitch'' is a 1997 film starring Colin Firth and Ruth Gemmell, based loosely on Nick Hornby's best-selling memoir, '' Fever Pitch: A Fan's Life'' (1992). Plot Hornby adapted the book for the screen and fictionalised the story, concentrating on Arsenal's First Division championship-winning season in 1988–89 and its effect on the protagonist's romantic relationship. Firth plays Paul Ashworth, the character based on Hornby, a teacher at a school in south Hertfordshire and his romance with Sarah Hughes (Ruth Gemmell), a new teacher who joins Ashworth's school. The Wild House
''The Wild House'' was a serialised children's programme produced between 1997 and 1999 broadcast by the BBC. The programme was based on an idea of Jean Buchanan's. Later series were written partially by Mark Haddon, author of ''The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time''. It follows the life of Natalie Wild (played by Ellie Beaven) and the other members of the Wild family. Information The Wild House is a reference to the Wilds' surname and also gives an apt description of the family itself.
