Anne Sulling
Anne Sulling (born 12 October 1976 in Tartu) is an Estonian politician and a member of Riigikogu. She represents the Tartu constituency as a member of the Estonian Reform Party. Between 2005 and 2006, Sullin worked for the Ministry of Finance on the Estonia’s euro changeover project. Between 2009 and 2014, Sulling was an adviser to the Prime Minister Andrus Ansip in matters related to macro-economics, the euro and the quota trade. She was named the “Person of the Year” by ''Postimees'' in 2011, for her work concerning quota sales. In March 2014, Sulling was named Minister of Foreign Trade and Entrepreneurship in Taavi Rõivas' first cabinet. Taavi Rõivas
Taavi Rõivas (; born 26 September 1979) is a Estonian politician, former Prime Minister of Estonia from 2014 to 2016 and former leader of the Reform Party. Before his term as the Prime Minister, Rõivas was the Minister of Social Affairs from 2012 to 2014. On 9 November 2016 his second cabinet dissolved after coalition partners, Union of Pro Patria and Res Publica and Social Democratic Party, sided with the opposition in a no confidence motion. At the end of 2020, Rõivas announced quitting politics, and resigned from his parliament seat. Early life Rõivas graduated from Tallinn Secondary Science School and from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the University of Tartu in international economics and marketing. Urve Palo
Urve Palo (born 10 July 1972) is an Estonian economist and politician, a member of the Social Democratic Party. Palo was born in Haapsalu. From April 2007 until May 2009, she served as Estonian Minister of Population and Ethnic Affairs. She also served as the Minister of Entrepreneurship in Taavi Rõivas' second cabinet from 9 April 2015, but resigned on 31 August while being disappointed with the coalition with the Reform Party. In November 2016, the coalition led by Rõivas fell apart and a new coalition was formed by Center Party, SDE and IRL. On 23 November 2016, Palo was nominated as the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Information Technology. Palo continued in her position until July 2018, when she submitted her resignation while stating that she would leave politics at the end of her term in Riigikogu.
