Anne-Lise Caudal
Anne-Lise Caudal (born 26 June 1984) is a French professional golfer. Caudal has won two tournaments on the Ladies European Tour, the 2008 Ladies Open of Portugal and the 2012 Ladies German Open, where she beat Laura Davies in a playoff. She also finished runner-up at the 2008 Tenerife Ladies Open after losing a playoff to Rebecca Hudson, and at the 2009 European Nations Cup, representing France together with Gwladys Nocera. An opening round of 69 at the 2010 Women's British Open had her tied for third spot, one stroke behind Katherine Hull and tournament winner Yani Tseng, before finishing tied 31st, her best result at a major. Yani Tseng (; born 23 January 1989) is a Taiwanese professional golfer playing on the U.S.-based LPGA Tour. She is the youngest player ever, male or female, to win five major championships and was ranked number 1 in the Women's World Golf Rankings for 109 consecutive weeks from 2011 to 2013. 2005 European Ladies' Team Championship
The 2005 European Ladies' Team Championship took place 5–9 July at Karlstad Golf Club in Karlstad, Sweden. It was the 24th women's golf amateur European Ladies' Team Championship. Venue The hosting Karlstad Golf Club was founded in 1957. The first nine holes of the course, situated 8 kilometres north of the city center of Karlstad, the largest city in the province Värmland in Sweden, was designed by Nils Skiöld and opened in 1959. The second nine holes opened in 1968. Another nine holes, designed by Sune Linde, was completed in 1989 and made it possible to combine two of the three different nine hole courses for an 18 hole round, with par 72 on all available combinations. European Ladies' Team Championship
The European Ladies' Team Championship is a European amateur team golf championship for women organised by the European Golf Association. The inaugural event was held in 1959. It was played in odd-numbered years from 1959 to 2007 and has been played annually since 2008 (with the exception of 2012). Format Currently, the championship is contested by up to 20 teams, each of 6 players. The format consists of two rounds of strokeplay, out of which the five lowest scores from each team's six players will count each day. The total addition of the five lowest scores will constitute the team's score and determine the teams qualified for the last three rounds of matchplay. Only teams in contention for a medal will play a match format of two foursomes and five singles, while the other teams will play a one foursome and four singles match format. 2006 Espirito Santo Trophy
The 2006 Espirito Santo Trophy took place 18–21 October at De Zalze Golf Club and Stellenbosch Golf Club in Stellenbosch in the Western Cape province of South Africa. It was the 22nd women's golf World Amateur Team Championship for the Espirito Santo Trophy. The tournament was a 72-hole stroke play team event. There were 42 team entries, each with two or three players. For the first time since the inaugural edition, there were team entries representing each of the countries England, Scotland and Wales and a combined team representing the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. In former championships, a combined team have represented Great Britain and Ireland. 2004 Espirito Santo Trophy
The 2004 Espirito Santo Trophy took place 20–23 October at Rio Mar Country Club, on its River Course and Ocean Course, in Río Grande, Puerto Rico. It was the 21st women's golf World Amateur Team Championship for the Espirito Santo Trophy. The tournament was a 72-hole stroke play team event. There were 48 team entries, each with two or three players. Each team played two rounds at the River Course and two rounds at the Ocean Course in different orders, but all the leading teams played the fourth round at the Ocean Course. The best two scores for each round counted towards the team total. Team Sweden won the Trophy for their first title. The silver medal was shared between team Canada and team United States, who finished tied second, three strokes back. Espirito Santo Trophy
The Espirito Santo Trophy (World Women's Amateur Team Championships) is a biennial world amateur team golf championship for women organised by the International Golf Federation. The inaugural event was held in 1964. It was instituted by the French Golf Federation in an agreement with the United States Golf Association. It was planned by Lally Segard, at the time known as Vicomtesse de Saint Sauveur, from France and Mrs. Henri Prunaret from America. Segard also asked her friends Ricardo and Silvia Espirito Santo, from Portugal, to donate a trophy for the event, which they did. They had originally bought the golden cup, which had belonged to Tsar Nicholas II of Russia, for an international Portuguese event that was not played anymore. The championship was held under the chairmanship of Segard at Golf de Saint Germain outside Paris, France. Nobuhle Dlamini
Nobuhle Dlamini (born 6 November 1991) is a Eswatini professional golfer playing on the Ladies European Tour (LET). She reached No. 2 on the World Amateur Golf Rankings in 2013 and is the first female professional golfer from her country. Early life and amateur career Dlamini's path in golf began at age 12 when her father, Johannes Dlamini, introduced her to the game. He was a self-taught golfer and learned as a caddie at Royal Swazi Sun Country Club. Dlamini moved from Swaziland to Johannesburg, South Africa when she was 14 to attend high school, and later attended the University of Pretoria. She graduated in 2013 with a degree in sports management. Dlamini won six titles and broke into the top ten on the World Amateur Golf Ranking in 2012. The Jabra Ladies Classic is a women's professional golf tournament held at Glendower Golf Club near Johannesburg, South Africa. It has been an event on the Southern Africa-based Sunshine Ladies Tour since 2014. The 2022 event saw a battle between LPGA Tour players Paula Reto and Linn Grant for the title, with Grant coming out on top after a birdie on the final hole. 2011 LET Access Series
The 2011 LET Access Series was a series of professional women's golf tournaments held from March through December 2011 across Europe. The LET Access Series is the second-tier women's professional golf tour in Europe and is the official developmental tour of the Ladies European Tour. 2012 Ladies European Tour
The 2012 Ladies European Tour was a series of golf tournaments for elite female golfers from around the world which took place from February through December 2012. The tournaments were sanctioned by the Ladies European Tour (LET). The tour featured 24 official money events. Carlota Ciganda, a rookie, won the Order of Merit with earnings of €251,290. She was also named Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year. The season was the first since 1983 not to include an event in the Nordic countries.
