Anna Richards
Anna Mary Richards (born 3 December 1964) is a former New Zealand rugby union player. She represented at four World Cups — 1998, 2002, 2006, and 2010. Richards played representative tennis and netball before debuting for the Black Ferns on 26 August 1990. She was a member of the first official New Zealand women's sevens team, who took part in the 2000 Hong Kong Sevens. Richards played 54 matches for the Black Ferns of which 49 were full internationals. In the 2005 Queen's Birthday Honours, She was appointed a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit, for services to women's rugby. Richards was appointed as head coach of the Hong Kong women's sevens team in 2014. Timaru
Timaru (; mi, Te Tihi-o-Maru) is a port city in the southern Canterbury Region of New Zealand, located southwest of Christchurch and about northeast of Dunedin on the eastern Pacific coast of the South Island. 2000 Hong Kong Sevens
The 2000 Hong Kong Sevens was an international rugby sevens tournament that was part of the inaugural World Sevens Series, the 1999–2000 season. It was the eighth leg of the series, held on 24–26 March 2000, at the Hong Kong Stadium, Hong Kong. The tournament was the first edition of the Hong Kong Sevens within the World Sevens Series and contained 24 teams, an increase of eight from the other tournaments held in the Series. It was won by New Zealand who defeated Fiji 31–5 in the Cup final to win their fourth title of the Series. Auckland Rugby Union
The Auckland Rugby Union is a New Zealand provincial rugby union. The union was established in 1883 and was originally responsible for the administration of the sport in most of the former Auckland Province, although its boundaries have since shrunk to include only a portion of the Auckland urban area. The union governs the Auckland representative team, which has won New Zealand's first-tier domestic provincial competition 17 times, more than any other team. Their most recent title was the 2018 Mitre 10 Cup Premiership.
