Anna Meixner
Anna Meixner is an Austrian ice hockey forward, currently playing with Brynäs IF Dam in the Swedish Women's Hockey League (; SDHL) and the Austria women's national ice hockey team, Austrian national team. A four-time European Women's Hockey League (EWHL) champion, she is the second highest all-time scorer in EHV Sabres Vienna history and the fourth highest scorer all-time for Austria. Playing career Meixner grew up playing on boys' teams of EK Zeller Eisbären (EKZ) in her hometown of Zell am See. When she turned 16, Austrian Ice Hockey Association regulations prevented her from playing on a boys' team any longer and, because EKZ did not have any teams for women or girls, she moved to Salzburg to play with DEC Salzburg Eagles, DEC Salzburg in the Austrian Austria women's ice hockey Bundesliga, Women's Ice Hockey Bundesliga (DEBL; ). Zell Am See
Zell am See is the administrative capital of the Zell am See District in the Austrian state of Salzburg (state), Salzburg. HV71 (), often referred to as just HV, is a Swedish professional ice hockey club based in Jönköping, playing in the Swedish Hockey League (SHL), the first tier of Swedish ice hockey. Brynäs IF (women) Players
Brynäs IF is a Swedish professional ice hockey team from Gävle. The club currently plays in the Swedish Hockey League (SHL), promoted from the HockeyAllsvenskan, the second tier of ice hockey in Sweden, following the 2023–24 season. The club played in the top-tier Swedish league from 1960 to 2023 (1960-75 called Division I, 1975-2023 called the SHL), a total of 63 seasons, longer than any other Swedish club, before suffering relegation for the first time in franchise history at the conclusion of the 2022–23 season.
