Anna Eskamani
Anna Vishkaee Eskamani (born May 20, 1990) is an American politician who is the member of the Florida House of Representatives from the 42nd district, encompassing parts of Orlando along with Maitland, Winter Park, Eatonville, Edgewood, and Belle Isle. She is the first Iranian American elected to any public office in Florida. Eskamani is a member of the Democratic Party and supports abortion rights, increased gun control, increasing expenditures on public education, and strengthening environmental regulations. Early life and education Eskamani was born in Orlando, Florida, to parents who immigrated to the United States from Iran. Eskamani has an older brother and a twin sister. In 2004, Eskamani's mother died of colon cancer. Mike Miller (Florida Politician)
Michael Joseph Miller (born May 18, 1968) is an American Republican politician from Florida. He served two terms in the Florida House of Representatives, representing the 47th District, which includes Belle Isle, Edgewood, Orlando, and Winter Park in central Orange County, from 2014 to 2018. He was the Republican nominee for Florida's 7th congressional district in the 2018 election, and lost to incumbent Democrat Stephanie Murphy. The school is a part of Orange County Public Schools and is located about a mile from the University of Central Florida. University High School serves the East Orlando neighborhoods of Union Park, Alafaya, University, Cypress Springs, and other unincorporated parts of East Orange County. University High School offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) magnet program, and a Performing Fine Arts magnet program which began in the 2019–20 school year. Pulse was a gay bar, dance club, and nightclub in Orlando, Florida, founded in 2004 by Barbara Poma and Ron Legler. On June 12, 2016, the club was the scene of the second worst mass shooting by a single gunman in U.S. history, and the second deadliest terrorist attack on U.S. soil since the events of September 11, 2001. Forty-nine people were killed and 53 other people were injured. Description Pulse hosted themed performances each night and had a monthly program featuring educational events geared towards the LGBT community. Stephanie Murphy (born Đặng Thị Ngọc Dung; September 16, 1978) is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for Florida's 7th congressional district since 2017.
