Anna Tychsen
Anna Regina Tychsen (1853–1896) was a German-born Danish ballet dancer. She perfected her technique with the result that she became a soloist as early as 1872. She is remembered in particular for her roles in August Bournonville's ballets, performing the title role in '' La Sylphide'', Eliza and Victorine in '' Le Conservatoire'' and Céleste in ''Torreadoren''. Biography Born on 1 September 1853 in Bremen, Anna Regina Scholl was the daughter of the sculptor Philip Jean Josef Scholl (1805–1861) and the actress Theodora Jocunda Dalhoff (1826–1892). When she was only five years old, she appeared on stage at the Odense Teater where her mother was employed. In 1861, she entered the Royal Danish Ballet School where she was taught by Georg Nicolai Brodersen (1819–1908). She also received private lessons from Bournonville at her home in Frederiksberg. Anna Regina Secondary School, (abbreviated as ARSS) is a secondary school located in Anna Regina, Pomeroon-Supenaam, Essequibo Coast, Guyana. Established on 8 May 1973 as the Anna Regina Government School, the school was formerly known as Anna Regina Multilateral School and informally known as ''Multi''. It started with less than 200 students, and it currently has over 900 students and over 40 teachers and auxiliary staff. Overview It is considered as one of the best schools in Guyana. Anna Regina
Anna Regina is the capital of the Pomeroon-Supenaam Region of Guyana. Anna Regina stands on the Atlantic coast, northwest of the mouth of the Essequibo River, 19 km north of Adventure, and was established as a town in 1970. Its population was 2,064 in 2012. There has been a Dutch plantation at the site since the early 1800s. Later it changed ownership to an Englishman who had two daughters: Anna and Regina. Anna Regina has a market, a community centre and a secondary school. In June 2009 Republic Bank (Guyana) established a branch in the town. A number of sites in Anna Regina have historical significance. In 1988, the Damon Monument was erected to honour Damon, a slave who was executed after protesting against the introduction of apprenticeship. Other sites include Damon's Cross, the Aurora Chimney and estate House, Anna Regina Bridge, Anna Regina Chimney, St. Bartholomew's Anglican Church and several Dutch tombs.

Anne (6 February 1665 – 1 August 1714) was Queen of England, Scotland and Ireland from 8 March 1702 until 1 May 1707. On 1 May 1707, under the Acts of Union, the kingdoms of England and Scotland united as a single sovereign state known as Great Britain.
