Angel's Knock
''Angel's Knock'' (stylized in all caps) is the third studio album and first official Korean LP by South Korean girl group AOA. It was released on January 2, 2017, by FNC Entertainment and distributed by LOEN Entertainment through digital and physical platforms, It was their first Korean material since the release of ''Good Luck''. Double lead singles, "Excuse Me" and "Bing Bing", which represent two distinctive concepts, were released and promoted simultaneously on the music programs during their comeback week. Korean versions of AOA's previous Japanese singles, "Give Me the Love" and "Oh Boy", are also included as tracks 8 and 9 respectively. "Excuse Me" charted at number 22 on the Gaon Digital Chart, while "Bing Bing" debuted and peaked at number 45. AOA (group)
AOA (; an acronym for Ace of Angels) is a South Korean girl group formed by FNC Entertainment. The original 2012 eight-member line-up included: Choa, Jimin, Yuna, Youkyung, Hyejeong, Mina, Seolhyun and Chanmi. Youkyung left the group in 2016, while Choa left in 2017 due to mental health reasons, followed by Mina in 2019 to pursue her acting career, and Jimin in 2020 due to bullying allegations. Yuna and Seolhyun left in 2021 and 2022 respectively after their contracts expired. The group currently consists of the duo Hyejeong and Chanmi. AOA began their career simultaneously promoting as a dance group and band, and officially debuted in July 2012 with the release of the single album ''Angel's Story''. Jam Factory () is a South Korean music publisher which sources song tunes and lyrics for K-pop, J-pop and Mandopop artists from songwriters predominantly based in the US. Kang Dong-chul (, born June 7, 1979), also known by his stage name Brave Brothers, is a South Korean rapper, record producer and songwriter for Brave Entertainment. He was a producer and composer for YG Entertainment from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, he started his own record label called Brave Entertainment. Mok-dong is a ward of Yangcheon-gu, located in the west of Seoul, South Korea. Gimpo () is a city in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. ''Inkigayo'' ( ko, 인기가요; English title: ''The Music Trend'', previously ''Popular Song'') is a South Korean music program broadcast by SBS. It airs live every Sunday.
