Andy Smith (born January 9, 1968) is an American entrepreneur, start up advisor, and author. He is best known for ''The Dragonfly Effect: Quick, Effective, and Powerful Ways To Use Social Media to Drive Social Change,'' which he wrote with his wife, Dr. Jennifer Aaker. South by Southwest, abbreviated as SXSW and colloquially referred to as South By, is an annual conglomeration of parallel film, interactive media, and music festivals and conferences organized jointly that take place in mid-March in Austin, Texas, United States.
