Andy Lapihuska
Andrew Lapihuska (November 1, 1922 – February 17, 1996) was a professional baseball player. He was a right-handed pitcher over parts of two seasons (1942–43) with the Philadelphia Phillies. In baseball, the pitcher is the player who throws ("pitches") the baseball from the pitcher's mound toward the catcher to begin each play, with the goal of retiring a batter, who attempts to either make contact with the pitched ball or draw a walk. Maurice River Township () is the easternmost township in Cumberland County, New Jersey, United States. It is part of the Vineland- Millville- Bridgeton Primary Metropolitan Statistical Area for statistical purposes.
