Andrew Jones (racing Driver)
Andrew Jones (born 24 June 1980) is an Australian racing driver who previously competed in the Supercars Championship and Dunlop Super2 Series, driving with family-owned team Brad Jones Racing for majority of his career. Jones has had success in a number of forms of motorsport in Australia. In 2004 he won the Konica Minolta V8 Supercar Series, the second tier series, and went on to secure a drive with Garry Rogers Motorsport in the 2005 V8 Supercar Championship Series. In 2006, he joined Tasman Motorsport, replacing Jamie Whincup but had a frustrating and disappointing year. It was announced that he was moving back to Albury to re-join his uncle Brad and father Kim's team, Brad Jones Racing, replacing John Bowe at the start of the 2007 season. His cousin Macauley Jones also races. 2010 V8 Supercar Championship Series
The 2010 V8 Supercar Championship Series was an FIA sanctioned international motor racing series for V8 Supercars. It was the twelfth V8 Supercar Championship Series and the fourteenth series in which V8 Supercars have contested the premier Australian touring car title. The championship began on 19 February in the Middle East at Abu Dhabi's Yas Marina Circuit and concluded on 5 December at the Homebush Street Circuit. Holden VE Commodore
The Holden Commodore (VE) is an executive car that was produced by Holden from 2006 to 2013. It was the first iteration of the fourth generation of the Commodore. The Ford Falcon (BF) is a full-size car that was produced by Ford Australia from 2005 to 2008. It was the third and final iteration of the sixth generation of the Falcon. 2007 V8 Supercar Championship Series
The 2007 V8 Supercar season featured the ninth V8 Supercar Championship Series which began on 1 March and concluded on 2 December. This championship consisted of 14 rounds covering all states and the Northern Territory of Australia as well as rounds in New Zealand and Bahrain. The series also carried the Australian Touring Car Championship title, which was awarded by CAMS for the 48th time in 2007. The 2007 season was significant in that two new cars were being used by the teams. The 2004 Konica Minolta V8 Supercar Series was an Australian touring car series held for V8 Supercars. It was the fifth series held for second tier V8 Supercars.
