Boxing training is the training method that boxers use in order to get more fit for their sport. Training A boxer's training depends largely on the point in their career at which they are situated. The Eddie Futch-John F.X. BoxRec or boxrec.com is a website dedicated to holding updated records of professional and amateur boxers, both male and female. It also maintains a MediaWiki-based encyclopaedia of boxing. The objective of the site is to document every professional boxer and boxing match from the instigation of the Queensberry Rules up to the present times.
