Anas Beshr
Anas Beshr (born 19 July 1993) is an Egyptian sprinter specializing in the 400 meters. 2013 season Beshr won silver at the 2013 Mediterranean Games in the 400 meters. 2014 season He set a national record in 2014 (later broken). 2015 season In 2015 he won silver at the 2015 Arab Athletics Championships. 2016 season In 2016, at a meet in Montverde, Florida, Beshr reached the Olympic qualifying standard in the 400 meters setting a new national record. Track and field is a sport that includes athletic contests based on running, jumping, and throwing skills. 2013 Mediterranean Games
The 2013 Mediterranean Games ( tr, 2013 Akdeniz Oyunları), officially known as the XVII Mediterranean Games ( tr, XVII Akdeniz Oyunları) and commonly known as Mersin 2013, was an international multi-sport event held from 20 to 30 June 2013 in Mersin, Turkey. Mersin was announced as the host city at the General Assembly of the International Committee of Mediterranean Games (CIJM) on 23 February 2011. 2015 Arab Athletics Championships
The 2015 Arab Athletics Championships was the nineteenth edition of the international athletics competition between Arab countries that took place from 24–27 April 2015 at Khalifa Sports City Stadium in Isa Town, close to Manama, the capital of Bahrain. Montverde, Florida
Montverde is a town in Lake County, Florida, United States. The population was 1,655 at the 2020 census and an estimated 1,675 in 2018. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee–Sanford Metropolitan Statistical Area. History Montverde was the location of a Native American settlement and burial ground. The earliest record of American settlement is from 1865. Initially named "West Lake Apopka", the site took the name "Monte Verde" from a settler from Vermont who remarked on its rolling green hills while arriving at the site by boat on Lake Apopka.
