Amira Mohamed Ali
Amira Mohamed Ali (born 16 January 1980) is a German politician and member of the Bundestag since 2017. Since 12 November 2019, she has been the parliamentary co-chairperson of The Left alongside Dietmar Bartsch. Life Amira Mohamed Ali was born in Hamburg and grew up in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel. Her father is from Egypt and her mother is German. After graduating from the Gelehrtenschule des Johanneums in Hamburg-Winterhude in 1998, Mohamed Ali studied law at the universities of Heidelberg and Hamburg, where she began and completed her studies. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg between 2005 and 2007. She was admitted to the bar in 2008 and worked as an in-house lawyer and contract manager for an automotive supplier until 2017. The Left (Germany)
The Left (german: Die Linke; stylised as and in its logo as ), commonly referred to as the Left Party (german: Die Linkspartei, links=no ), is a democratic socialist political party in Germany. The party was founded in 2007 as the result of the merger of the Party of Democratic Socialism (PDS) and Labour and Social Justice – The Electoral Alternative. Through the PDS, the party is the direct descendant of the Marxist–Leninist ruling party of the former East Germany, the Socialist Unity Party of Germany. Oldenburg () is an independent city in the state of Lower Saxony, Germany. The city is officially named Oldenburg (Oldb) (''Oldenburg in Oldenburg'') to distinguish from Oldenburg in Holstein. Carl Gustav Jung ( ; ; 26 July 1875 – 6 June 1961) was a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who founded analytical psychology. Caren Nicole Lay (born 11 December 1972) is a German politician ( Die Linke). She has been a member of the Bundestag since 2009 and has been deputy chairperson of the Die Linke parliamentary group in the Bundestag since 2017.
