Genesis (2018) was the eleventh Genesis professional wrestling event produced by Impact Wrestling, which aired as a special episode of '' Impact!'' on Pop TV on January 25, 2018. Matches were taped for the event on November 8 and November 10, 2017, at the Aberdeen Pavilion in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Five matches were contested at the event. Kevin Matthew McDonald is an American professional wrestler, He is best known for his time in Impact Wrestling, under the ring name KM. He is currently the promoter for WrestlePro and WrestlePro Alaska. James Allen Cox (born June 1, 1977) is an American professional wrestler better known by the ring name James Storm. He is best known for his time in Impact Wrestling. He started his career in 1997 and after working on several independent promotions, he began to wrestle for the newly created NWA Total Nonstop Action promotion.
