''Amarsi un po'' (English: "To Love a Little") is a 1984 Italian romantic comedy film co-written and directed by Carlo Vanzina. Plot Cristiana is a young and beautiful princess in Rome, bored by her life and her traditional parents. Marco is a young electrician and the son of a news agent. The two meet due to a minor car accident; they like each other and decide to be together despite the differences in class. Soon a great love is born, but in the long run the misunderstandings due to the different social background prevail: on the occasion of a holiday with some friends of the girl, the differences in style and behavior are highlighted, also due to the presence of an old flame of Cristiana. Riccardo Garrone (1 November 1926 – 14 March 2016) was an Italian actor, voice actor and director. Biography Garrone began his acting career in 1949 and attended the Silvio d'Amico National Academy of Dramatic Arts. He appeared in more than 140 films from 1949 until his retirement in 2014. He made his debut in the film ''Adam and Eve'' directed by Mario Mattoli. He also worked in several theatre productions alongside other actors such as Vittorio Gassman, Diana Torrieri and Elena Zareschi. Carlo Vanzina (13 March 1951 – 8 July 2018) was an Italian film director, producer and screenwriter. Vanzina was born in Rome, the son of Maria Teresa Nati and film director Stefano Vanzina and brother of Enrico Vanzina. In English-speaking countries, he is likely best known for his 1985 giallo '' Nothing Underneath'', starring Donald Pleasence and Renee Simonsen, which received a substantial home video release and aired on cable frequently.
