Amar Alibegović
Amar Alibegović (born 31 March 1995) is a Bosnian professional basketball player for Çağdaş Bodrumspor of the Basketbol Süper Ligi (BSL). He is the son of Teoman Alibegović, a former basketball player. Professional career Virtus Roma (2018–2020) In 2018, after four years with the St. John Red Storm in New York, Alibegović signed with Virtus Roma in the Serie A2 Basket. At the end of the season, the team was promoted in LBA. In the 2019–20 LBA season, Alibegović scored more than 10 points and collected almost 7 rebounds per game, however, in March 2020, the season ended due to the COVID-19 pandemic which heavily affected the country. The power forward (PF), also known as the four or strong forward, is a position in basketball. Power forwards play a role similar to centers. When on offense, they typically play with their backs towards the basket. 2022–23 Slovenian Basketball League
The 2022–23 Slovenian Basketball League, also known as Liga Nova KBM due to sponsorship reasons, is the 32nd season of the Premier A Slovenian Basketball League. Format Regular season In the first phase, ten teams compete in a home-and-away round-robin series (18 games total). Teams advanced from the regular season to one of two postseason stages, depending on their league position. Second phase The top five teams from the regular season advanced to the championship phase. Cedevita Olimpija start their competition from this phase. These teams start the second phase from scratch, with no results carrying over from the regular season.
