Amalesh Sen
Amalesh Sen ( bn, অমলেশ সেন; 2 March 1943 – 7 October 2017) was a Bangladeshi football player and coach. He started his career in Dhaka by playing for Fire Service Team and Shadhin Bangla Football Team, but spent many years as a player and later coach for Dhaka Abahani. Amalesh is the first ever goalscorer in a Dhaka Derby match, he scored the historic goal for Abahani in 1973. He later coached both Abahnai Limited Dhaka and Muktijoddha Sangsad KC in the Bangladesh Premier League. Amalesh currently holds the record of the most Bangladesh Premier League titles won by a single coach (3 for Abahani Limited Dhaka), and is also the first coach to win hattrick Bangladesh Premier League titles. Zakaria Pintoo
Zakaria Pintoo (born 1 January 1943) is a Bangladeshi retired professional footballer who played as a defender. Career Pintoo played for the Pakistan football team before independence. He served as the captain of Shadhin Bangla Football Team in 1971 and went on to become the first captain of the Bangladesh national football team after the independence of the country. He received the Independence Day Award (1995) in the sports category by the Government of Bangladesh. During tour with the Shadhin Bangla Football Team in India, in 1971, he became the first person to hoist the Bangladesh flag in foreign land. Monwar Hossain Nannu (27 August 1948 – 16 February 2008) was a Bangladeshi professional football player during the 1970s and early 1980s. Initially, He played as an attacking midfielder for Abahani Limited Dhaka in Dhaka League. Following an injury in the mid 1970s, he moved to the central defender position and excelled in that position as well. He was a member of Bangladesh's first national football team.
