Personal life and education Amala Chebolu, a native of Visakhapatnam, daughter of Saraswathi Chebolu, a vocalist, and Dr. Gopalakrishna Murthy, a Professor in Economics. Amala completed her B.Tech from Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management, Visakhapatnam.
