"Always" is a song by Australian recording artist, Samantha Jade. The song was written by Samantha Jade, Jon Levine & Carmen Reece. It was released as the second single from ''Nine'' on 26 February 2016. The song's accompanying music video was released on 3 March 2016. Background and release "Always" was the final track written for ''Nine''. Jade describes it as being "about finding that person, your one, the one you keep falling in love with," and as one of the album's "very fun pop songs that make you feel like letting go and enjoying the good times". Samantha Jade Gibbs (born 18 April 1987) is an Australian singer and songwriter. She has written tracks for artists including JoJo and Ashley Tisdale. In 2012, Jade won the fourth season of ''The X Factor Australia'', the first woman to win the Australian series. She subsequently signed with Sony Music Australia and released her winner's single "What You've Done to Me", which debuted at number one on the ARIA Singles Chart. Nicholas Westaway (born 20 January 1989) is an Australian actor and singer. From 2012 until 2016, he starred as Kyle Braxton in the soap opera ''Home and Away''. Early life Westaway was raised in Margaret River. He has two brothers. A CD single (sometimes abbreviated to CDS) is a music single in the form of a compact disc. The standard in the Red Book for the term ''CD single'' is an 8 cm (3-inch) CD (or Mini CD). It now refers to any single recorded onto a CD of any size, particularly the CD5, or 5-inch CD single. ''Weekend Sunrise'' is an Australian breakfast television program, broadcast on the Seven Network and currently hosted by Monique Wright and Matt Doran. History In 2005 the Seven Network replaced its struggling Sunday morning program ''Sunday Sunrise'' with a program called ''Weekend Sunrise'', as an extension of the weekday brand. It originally was an hour-long (8 am – 9 am).
