Althea Joy Barrett Efunshile (born 20 August 1956) is a senior British public sector executive. Education Efunshile has a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Essex, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, PGCE from Goldsmiths, University of London and a Post-graduate diploma in management studies (UK), DMS from Buckinghamshire College. Career After various posts in teaching, youth work, and educational administration, Efunshile was executive director, education and culture, of the London Borough of Lewisham from 1996 to 2001. She then worked at the Department for Education and Skills (United Kingdom), Department for Education and Skills from 2001 to 2006, as head of the Children's and Young People's Unit and then directing its Vulnerable Children Group. Cassa Pancho's Ballet Black is a British ballet company. It was founded by Cassa Pancho in 2001 as a response to the lack of professional Black and Asian ballet dancers in the UK. The Company was to provide dancers and students of black and Asian descent with inspiring opportunities in classical ballet. Based in Marylebone, London, Ballet Black are a touring company with 8 dancers and an extensive repertoire of specially commissioned choreography from both established and emerging choreographers. Christopher Holmes, Baron Holmes of Richmond (born 15 October 1971) is a British former swimmer and life peer in the House of Lords. He won a total of nine gold, five silver, and one bronze medal at the Paralympic Games. Victor Olufemi Adebowale, Baron Adebowale, (; born 21 July 1962) is the former Chief Executive of the social care enterprise Turning Point, current Chair of the NHS Confederation and was one of the first individuals to become a People's Peer.
