Alternative Mitte
The (German for "Alternative Midpoint") sometimes referred to as is a faction and political association within the Alternative for Germany party which was formed in 2017 and presents itself as "liberal patriotic" and "conservative." It has been described by commentators as being founded as a counterweight and a response to the more hardline wing of the AfD. The Identitarian movement or Identitarianism is a pan-European nationalism, nationalist, far-right political ideology asserting the right of Ethnic groups in Europe, European ethnic groups and white peoples to Western culture and territories claimed to belong exclusively to them. Alan Posener
Alan Posener (born 8 October 1949 in Hampstead, London) is a British-German journalist. He is the son of the architectural historian Julius Posener. Biography Posener is the son of a liberal German-Jewish family, while his mother is of Scottish-English ancestry. He grew up in England, Malaysia and Germany. He studied German studies and English at the Free University of Berlin and the Ruhr University of Bochum. During this period he served as Executive of the Communist Students Association and the Maoist Communist Party. On graduation, Posener worked as a teacher at the Kant-Gymnasium (Berlin) and at the Martin Buber Comprehensive School in Berlin-Spandau. Lutz Bachmann (born 26 January 1973) is the founder of the Pegida movement, a far-right German political organisation linked to the anti-Muslim counter-jihad ideology.
