Eraserheads (sometimes stylized as ERASƎRHEADS or ƎRASƎRHƎADS) are a Filipino alternative rock band formed in 1989. ''Cutterpillow'' (stylized as ''CUTTƎRPILLOW'') is the third studio album by Filipino alternative rock group Eraserheads. It was released in the Philippines on December 8, 1995 by BMG Records (Pilipinas), Inc. The album became a highlight in Pinoy music as it introduced classic songs such as "Huwag Mo Nang Itanong", "Overdrive", and the popular " Ang Huling El Bimbo". It was both critically and commercially successful, certifying 11× Platinum by the Philippine Association of the Record Industry (PARI). To date, the album has sold over 400,000 units in the country, becoming the third biggest-selling album in OPM history and the biggest for any Filipino band or group. Ang Huling El Bimbo
"Ang Huling El Bimbo" ('The Last El Bimbo') is a song composed by Ely Buendia of the Philippine pop/rock band Eraserheads, for their 1995 studio album ''Cutterpillow''. It received extensive airplay after its release and ranked #2 on RX 93.1's "Top 20 OPM Requests of 1996". It is the only Tagalog song included in the band's international compilation album, ''Aloha Milkyway'' (1998). ''Circus'' (stylized ''CiRcuS'') is the second studio album released by Filipino alternative rock group Eraserheads in 1994. Hits from ''Circus'' are " Alapaap", "Sembreak", "Kailan" (originally a musical number from the play ''Manhid'' by Auraeus Solito), " Magasin", and " With a Smile". It is also the last album of the band with singles released in the vinyl record format. The album was reissued by Sony-BMG Entertainment in 2006. This is the first album that uses an inverted letter E, a notable trademark of the band. The album cover was created by visual artist Mark Justiniani. The original artwork is now with the artist’s son. "Wating" is the theme song for the 1994 Filipino movie of the same name, starring Richard Gomez and Carmina Villaroel. Raimund Emmanuel Parcon Marasigan (born May 22, 1971) is a Filipino rock musician and record producer. His first name is often misspelled ''Raymond'' or ''Raimond'' though he personally prefers to spell his name as Raymund. The breadth of his projects has made him one of the most well-respected mainstays of the Philippine rock band scene.
