Almond Vosotros
Almond Pineda Vosotros (born January 26, 1990) is a Filipino professional basketball player for the TNT Tropang Giga of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). In 2018, he signed with Mono Thewphaingarm of the GSB Thailand Basketball Super League. After the season ended, he signed with PEA of the Thailand Basketball League. High school career Vosotros studied at San Sebastian College – Recoletos de Manila. He played a pivotal role in the Staglets’ historic fourth straight NCAA championship in 2008. College career Vosotros played collegiate basketball at DLSU where he first suited up for the Archers in 2010 and first earned his reputation as a clutch player. In his sophomore season with the Archers, he averaged 6.8 ppg while developing into a deadly shooter from three-point range. The 2023 Southeast Asian Games ( km, ការប្រកួតកីឡាប្រជាជាតិអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍២០២៣), commonly known as the 32nd Southeast Asian Games, or the 32nd SEA Games, and commonly known as Cambodia 2023, will be the 32nd edition of the Southeast Asian Games, a biennial sports multi-sport event which will be held from 5 to 17 May 2023 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The announcement was made at the SEA Games Federation Council meeting at Singapore, in conjunction with the 2015 Southeast Asian Games, by the President of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia, Thong Khon. 3x3 basketball (pronounced ''three-ex-three'') is a variation of basketball played three-a-side, with one backboard and in a half-court setup. According to an ESSEC Business School study commissioned by the International Olympic Committee, 3x3 is the largest urban team sport in the world. This basketball game format is currently being promoted and structured by FIBA, the sport's governing body. 2016 SEABA Cup
The 2016 SEABA Cup was the qualifying event in the SEABA for the 2016 FIBA Asia Challenge. The fifth edition of the games took place from 22 May to 28 May 2016 in Bangkok, Thailand. Automatically, only one spot was allotted for SEABA but due to the Philippines' runner-up finish in the 2015 FIBA Asia Championship, the subzone was awarded another slot, thus SEABA had two spots which was contested by five SEABA teams. The won their second tournament title by defeating the hosts in the championship match, 97-80. However, both teams were already qualified to the main tournament as of 25 May due to their top two finish in the elimination round. 2015 SEABA Championship
The 11th Southeast Asia Basketball Association Championship was the qualifying tournament for the 2015 FIBA Asia Championship. It also served as a regional championship involving Southeast Asian basketball teams. It was held on 27 April to 1 May 2015 in Singapore. The three best teams at the end of the single round-robin tournament qualified for the 2015 FIBA Asia Championship which was held in Changsha, Hunan, China from 23 September to 3 October 2015. As early as Day 4, the Philippines, Malaysia and tournament host Singapore have secured the three slots for the Asian Championships. The Philippines, who sent an all-amateur team with one naturalized player in Marcus Douthit, won their seventh title of the tournament without losing a single game. The 2015 Southeast Asian Games ( ms, Sukan Asia Tenggara 2015; ; ta, 2015 தென்கிழக்கு ஆசிய விளையாட்டுப் போட்டிகள்), officially known as the 28th Southeast Asian Games, or the 28th SEA Games, and commonly known as Singapore 2015, was a Southeast Asian multi-sport event held by the city-state of Singapore from 5 to 16 June 2015, It was the fourth time the country hosted the games.
