Almeidas Province ( es, Provincia de Almeidas, ) is one of the 15 provinces in the Cundinamarca Department, Colombia. Guavio Province
The Guavio Province ( es, Provincia del Guavio) is one of the 15 provinces in the Cundinamarca department, Colombia. Guavio borders the Capital District of Bogotá and the Central Savanna Province to the west, to the north the Almeidas Province, to the east the Boyacá Department and Medina Province and to the south the Meta Department and the Eastern Province. The Alberto Lleras Dam is also located in this area. The eastern municipalities Gachalá and Ubalá are rich in emeralds. Villapinzón
Villapinzón is a municipality and town of Colombia in the Almeidas Province, part of the department of Cundinamarca. The urban centre is situated at an elevation of on the Altiplano Cundiboyacense, at a distance of from the capital Bogotá. Villapinzón borders Ventaquemada ( Boyacá) and Lenguazaque in the north, Chocontá, Tibiritá and La Capilla in the south, Chocontá and Lenguazaque in the west and Ventaquemada, Turmequé and Úmbita in the east. Suesca is a town and municipality in the Almeidas Province, part of the department of Cundinamarca, Colombia. It is located on the Altiplano Cundiboyacense, north of the capital Bogotá. Suesca forms the northern edge of the Bogotá savanna and is a scenic countryside town which is well known because its landscape attracts devotees of rock climbing, trekking, and rafting. It is surrounded by dairy farms and flower plantations.
