Allan Ross (gangster)
Allan Ronald Ross (17 April 1944 – 21 August 2018), better known as "Allan the Weasel", was a Canadian gangster best known for leading the West End Gang of Montreal. At the time of his arrest in Florida in 1991, he was described by American law enforcement as the fifth most important drug kingpin in the world. Criminal career Thief Ross was born as Alan Ross, but he was usually known as Allan. Unlike most other West End Gang members who grew up in poverty, Ross was born into a well off family in the middle class district of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce in Montreal. The West End Gang has an average of about 150 members at any given moment and most come from the Pointe-Saint-Charles district of Montreal. Sidney Leithman
Sidney Leithman (14 October 1936 – 13 May 1991), better known as "Sid", was a Canadian lawyer known for representing numerous reputed organized crime figures in Montreal. Leithman was shot dead in a murder that remains unsolved. Mob lawyer Leithman was born in Montreal into a poor Jewish family, the son of Jack Leithman and Ethel Greenstein. His father worked as a tailor and '' schmatta'' merchant. Leithman graduated with a law degree from McGill University in 1960 and in 1961, he joined the Quebec Bar Association. He had a reputation as an intelligent and ultra-aggressive lawyer known for winning his cases or at least greatly reducing the sentences imposed on the accused even if they were convicted. Fort Lauderdale () is a coastal city located in the U.S. state of Florida, north of Miami along the Atlantic Ocean. Lennoxville Massacre
The Lennoxville massacre, or Lennoxville purge, was a mass murder which took place at the Hells Angels clubhouse in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, on March 24, 1985. Five members of the Hells Angels North Chapter, founded by Laurent "L'Anglais" Viau and Yves "Apache" Trudeau, were shot dead. This event divided rival outlaw motorcycle gangs in Quebec, leading to the formation of the Rock Machine club in 1986, a rival to the Angels in the 1990s. The name "Lennoxville massacre" is a misnomer since the killings took place in Sherbrooke. David Carroll (gangster)
David MacDonald Carroll (born 1 April 1952), better known as "Wolf", is a Canadian outlaw biker and reputed gangster who was a member of the elite Nomad chapter of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club in Quebec. He disappeared in March 2001 after being indicted on 13 counts of first-degree murder. Early career Carroll was born and grew up in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. He became the leader of a local biker gang called the Thirteenth Tribe in Halifax. The Halifax underworld is very closely linked to the Montreal underworld and Carroll soon had an alliance with the Hells Angels of Montreal. C-4 or Composition C-4 is a common variety of the plastic explosive family known as Composition C, which uses RDX as its explosive agent. C-4 is composed of explosives, plastic binder, plasticizer to make it malleable, and usually a marker or odorizing taggant chemical.
