All TV (stylized as ALLTV) is a Philippine free-to-air broadcast television network based in Mandaluyong, with its broadcast facilities and studios located at Starmall EDSA-Shaw in EDSA corner Shaw Boulevard; its transmitter is located at the Millennium Transmitter site, Sgt. Esguerra Ave, Brgy. South Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City and currently broadcasts daily from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. It serves as the flagship property of Advanced Media Broadcasting System. All TV's flagship television station is currently on provisional authority which carries the VHF Channel 2 (analog broadcast) and UHF Channel 16 (digital broadcast) previously used by ABS-CBN Corporation under DWWX-TV after its broadcast franchise lapsed in 2020. All TV is also broadcast via the digital subchannel of BEAM TV for nationwide viewers. Starmalls is one of the two retail arms of the Filipino real estate company Vista Land, the other being Vista Malls. Starmalls operates shopping malls and Outsourcing#Business process outsourcing, BPO chains in Mega Manila and Cebu. History Starmalls began as Polar Mines and Development Corporation on October 16, 1969. Polar Mines became Polar Property Holdings Corporation after shifting industries from mining to real estate. It was approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (Philippines), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in September 2004. Polar Property became Starmalls on June 22, 2012. On September 17, 2019, SEC approved the change in corporate name to Vistamalls, Inc.
