All-Star Futures Game All-time Roster
The All-Star Futures Game is an annual baseball exhibition game hosted by Major League Baseball (MLB) as part of its midsummer All-Star Game festivities. From 1999 to 2018, a team of prospects from the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) competed against a team of prospects from other countries around the world and Puerto Rico. In 2019, the format shifted to a team of players from American League organizations against players from National League organizations. Over 800 players have been selected to participate in the All-Star Futures game since its first installment in 1999. Jake Arrieta
Jacob Joseph Arrieta (born March 6, 1986) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Baltimore Orioles, Chicago Cubs, Philadelphia Phillies, and San Diego Padres. Arrieta played college baseball at Weatherford College, Weatherford Junior College and at Texas Christian University (TCU). He was an All-American and was named Mountain West Conference Pitcher of the Year at TCU. The Orioles selected Arrieta in the fifth round of the 2007 Major League Baseball draft, 2007 MLB draft, and he signed a then record contract for a fifth round draft pick. Archie N. Bradley (born August 10, 1992) is an American professional baseball pitcher who is a free agent. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Arizona Diamondbacks, Cincinnati Reds, Philadelphia Phillies and Los Angeles Angels. Born and raised in Muskogee, Oklahoma, Bradley played baseball and football at Muskogee High School and Broken Arrow Senior High School. Travis Charlton Bowyer (born August 3, 1981) is an American former professional baseball relief pitcher. He played for the Minnesota Twins of Major League Baseball in 2005. Career On June 2, , Bowyer was drafted out of high school by the Minnesota Twins in the 20th round of the 1999 Major League Baseball Draft. After spending his first three seasons in rookie ball, Bowyer rose through the minor league system and made it to the Twins major league roster in . Joseph Matthew Blanton (born December 11, 1980) is an American former professional baseball pitcher, who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Oakland Athletics, Philadelphia Phillies, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Kansas City Royals, Pittsburgh Pirates, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Washington Nationals. Tyler Joseph Beede ( ; born May 23, 1993), nicknamed Beedah, is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Yomiuri Giants of Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB).
