All-Ireland U21 Football Championship
The GAA Football Under-20 All-Ireland Championship (known for sponsorship reasons as the EirGrid GAA Football Under-20 All-Ireland Championship) is an annual Inter county, inter-county Gaelic football competition organised by the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA). It is the highest inter-county hurling competition for male players between the ages of 17 and 20 in Ireland. The championship was contested as the All-Ireland Under-21 Football Championship, All-Ireland Under-21 Championship between 1964 All-Ireland Under-21 Football Championship, 1964 and 2017 All-Ireland Under-21 Football Championship, 2017 before changing to an under-20 age category from 2018 All-Ireland Under-20 Football Championship, 2018. 2022 All-Ireland Under-20 Football Championship
The 2022 All-Ireland Under-20 Football Championship was the fifth staging of the All-Ireland Under-20 Football Championship, All-Ireland Under-20 Championship and the 59th staging overall of a Gaelic football championship for players between the All-Ireland Minor Football Championship, minor and All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, senior grades. The championship began on 25 March and ended on 14 May 2022. Offaly county football team, Offaly were the 2021 All-Ireland Under-20 Football Championship, defending champions, however they were beaten by Kildare county football team, Kildare in the Leinster semi-final. The final took place on 14 May 2022, between Kildare and Tyrone county football team, Tyrone. Tyrone won the match by 1–20 to 1–14 to win their sixth title and their first since 2015 All-Ireland Under-21 Football Championship, 2015. Offaly GAA
The Offaly County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) ( ga, Cumann Luthchleas Gael Coiste Uíbh Fhailí) or Offaly GAA is one of the 32 county boards of the GAA in Ireland, and is responsible for Gaelic games in County Offaly. Separate county boards are also responsible for the Offaly county teams. Kildare GAA
The Kildare County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA), or Kildare GAA, is one of 12 county boards governed by the Leinster provincial council of the GAA in Ireland, and is responsible for the administration of Gaelic games in County Kildare The County Board is responsible for preparing the Kildare county teams in the various Gaelic sporting codes; football, hurling and camogie. The county football team won the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship (SFC) on four occasions in less than 25 years at the beginning of the 20th century and had accumulated ten Leinster Senior Football Championships by 1935; however, it then went into decline.
