The 2006 All-Ireland Minor Camogie Championship is a competition for age graded development squad county teams in the women's team field sport of camogie was won by Kilkenny, who defeated Galway by 11 points in the final, played at Nenagh. Piltown GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in Piltown, County Kilkenny, Ireland. A Piltown GAA club was founded in 1887. Several versions existed until the modern club founded in 1953 following the advent of Parish Rule in Kilkenny. Katie Power (born 20 November 1991) is an All-Ireland- and All Star-winning camogie player who plays for Piltown and Kilkenny. Background The daughter of former Piltown hurler Jim, and former Piltown camogie player Martina (née Brennan), and sister to Martin and Jamie, Power played camogie from a very young age. First tutored by her father, and later by Maura Brennan and Jim Malone, she honed her skills with constant practice and a fierce determination to win. Edwina Keane (born 1990) is a camogie player and student, All Ireland Champion 2016. She played in the 2009 All Ireland camogie final and was a Purcell All Star award winner in 2010. The Leinster 'Young Player of the Year' in 2008, Edwina added the I.T. Tralee 'Sportsperson of the Year' award for the academic year 2008-'09 to her collection. Mary Dalton (born 1950) is a Canadian poet and educator. Life and career Mary Dalton was born in the parish of Harbour Main, Newfoundland and Labrador.
