Alison Arngrim
Alison Margaret Arngrim (born January 18, 1962) is an American actress and author. Beginning her television career at the age of twelve, Arngrim is a Young Artist Award– Former Child Star "Lifetime Achievement" Award honoree, best known for her portrayal of Nellie Oleson on the NBC television series ''Little House on the Prairie'' from 1974 to 1982. Early life Arngrim's father, Thor Arngrim, was a Canadian-born Hollywood manager. Norma MacMillan (September 15, 1921 – March 16, 2001) was a Canadian actress, best known for voicing numerous characters in animation and claymation, including Casper the Friendly Ghost on ''The New Casper Cartoon Show'', Gumby on ''The Gumby Show'', Sweet Polly Purebred on ''Underdog'', and Davey on ''Davey and Goliath''. Abbott Vaughn Meader (March 20, 1936 – October 29, 2004) was an American comedian, impersonator, musician, and film actor. Meader began his career as a musician but later found fame in the early 1960s after the release of the 1962 comedy record '' The First Family'', written and produced by Bob Booker and Earle Doud. The album spoofed President John F. Kennedy – who was played by Meader – and became the fastest selling "pre-Beatles" album in history and went on to win the Grammy Award for Album of the Year in 1963.
