Alice Johnson is a fictional character in the ''A Nightmare on Elm Street'' franchise. Black Flame was an imprint of BL Publishing, the publishing arm of Games Workshop and a sister imprint to the Black Library and Solaris Books. Black Flame was devoted to publishing cult fiction in the fields of science fiction, fantasy and horror. On 25 April 2008 Black Flame officially closed down. Jason Craig (born June 26, 1974) is an American comic book artist Career Jason Craig was born at Eglin Air Force Base in Niceville, Florida. He started his career in Chicago, in 1991, working on and off for various publishers before moving away to pursue a full-time career in advertising. Following a near-fatal automobile accident in 2002, Craig was placed into a coma briefly and spent the following year in physical rehab, after which he returned to Chicago to continue his career in comics. Jeff Katz is an American film producer and comic book author. Early life Katz is from Franklin, Michigan. He started a pen-pal relationship with New Line Cinema founder and future boss Bob Shaye after meeting Shaye's father at a dinner party as an eight year old boy. As a teenager, Katz achieved some measure of local fame, including a feature on NBC's The Today Show, as the host of an AM talk radio show on WDFN, which at the time was a sports talk radio station. His radio guests included Jeff Bagwell, Bob Arum, Marv Albert, Mr. T and, notably, several professional wrestlers including Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Jimmy Hart and Sherri Martel.
